A “Blue Tie” Affair

From 5 to 9 P.M. the Catoosa Arts & Tourism Society and Fins of the Blue Whale are presenting "A Blue Tie Affair," a fundraising dinner to benefit the restoration and preservation of our Internationally-Recognized Blue Whale. Attire will be "quirky formal." Ticket prices are $35 for dinner only, or $60 for dinner AND a special limited-edition T-Shirt. (Note that these shirts will be available ONLY at this event, and will NOT be re-printed. Quantities will of course be severely limited.) Tickets can be purchased at the Catoosa Chamber of Commerce, 650 S. Cherokee, during normal business hours. Call 918-266-6042 for availability.

Sleepy Hollow Fest

This festival is scheduled for October in Luther and will take place in our park which is located off Highway 66. We are working on some economic development projects that involve improvements to historical landmarks located on Hwy 66 near Luther. Round Barn Rummage Sale

The sale will be held Sunday, Nov. 6 from 10-5 at the Barn, and all proceeds will be used for preservation of the Barn. Donations of vintage, antique, and gently-used items are gratefully accepted. To arrange pickup, please call 405-330-9933.

Highway Marker Dedication

You are invited to the dedication of a Will Rogers highway marker on Route 66 near Afton, Oklahoma. This marker will be placed one mile north of the center of Afton along a portion of the old 9-foot section of Route 66.
